I don't feel like all three hoods in our building get cleaned regularly. Especially the one on the second floor in the up stairs kitchen. Also it seems like a lot of grease is still built up in the hood after the job is completed. We pull our vent hoods down and clean every other day and the flute seems to always be caked with grease even after visit.
