This morning after the work was done last night, there is grease dripping from the main hood. The fire supression pipes have not been cleaned. the outside of the hood is very dirty. There is plastic still taped to the outside of the hood and a towel was left inside the front of the hood. What I imagine is run off from the cleaning process is on the counter and in the sink next to the hood. What I can't see is worrisome. Overall not very happy.
