Hoods were cleaned the best i have seen since switch to you! Only thing I can complain about is before confirming appointment on day of appointment i told receptionist to not leave grease on roof because in the past it has been a problem. Receptionist told me she would speak directly to Supervisor that would be on roof. When coming to look at the next day couldn't help to realize on my Drive Thru Water drain hose from roof Grease was poured down it to get off of roof. (Picture after attempted Clean up) Looked terrible and greased up Mulch in landscaping and Visual debris just seemed a little unprofessional. Should have a different way of transferring grease off of roof. Overall though we were pleased with the way the hoods looked. Thank you!
