Had an appointment scheduled for 9pm. Got a call around 9:30 saying they just left previous job and would be an hour and a half to get to me and to leave the door cracked for them. They were only supposed to do the wood fired oven that day. When I checked the cameras later they were getting prepped to do the main hood system. I also had to stop them from doing it the month prior as it had just been done. Not impressed.
