the techs that came are friendly and careful. I understand the this is a very hard and stinky job but they have a smile on their face. And do it right. The only thing is the scheduling. I know it's hard to get here with two techs but we need the trap pumped every quarterly. Hopefully things will get better and we can keep the pumping on schedule.
