The first date to clean hood was supposed to be on 1/3/2021 but received email on 12/31/2020 was not in the office and this was the day before the Holiday and was a Friday and Nelbud was coming on a Sunday because i didn't respond you didn't come in and perform the cleaning i was ok with that and i received a email from Orlando 1/5/2021 that Nelbud would be here on1/6/2021 at 7pm i sent back a reply that i was ok with date and time and would let the kitchen staff know. But Nelbud didn't show up so i called Orlando and he said that the crew didn't come in and he would work on get us back on the schedule and Nelbud showed up on 1/21/2021 and preformed the cleaning and in the process broke the water filter inlet to the steamer in the Main Kitchen and left a note telling us (Friends Village) that they broke it no let the security staff know that it happened Nor did they call me and i gave my info to Orlando when we talked and told him if they had any problems to call me. I had a issue the last time Nelbud came in to clean it looked like oil driping off of the hood so i called to have them come back out and they did. and i didn't do a survey the last time but i should have. At this time my Confidence i Nelbuds ability to perform there job is VERY Low. I have talk to my CEO and he feels the same way. so we are look for a new Hood Cleaning Company. and i will be in touch with Orlando about the cost of the repairs to the steamer.
