I spoke to Sara and she had told me that her team will be at my store by 11pm. Her team did not show up until 1130am and disrupted me by calling me at 3am to ask for the alarm code. They had assured that they will be here on time and that they will give me a call once they arrive at my store. I honestly do not appreciate them not communicating with me because it also puts my team to not leave on time as scheduled. A team member had to wait for them to arrive when he could have left on his scheduled time.
