NelBud came to our store 02/07/24 and left a mess. Last night I let Nelbud in to work on the hoods. When arriving it smelled of Marijuana. I thought it was outside until I smelled it inside as well. Before working I verified that they have an alarm code that works. I told them if it doesnt there is a number on the drive thru to call interface and they will manually activate it for you. They were aware of what to do but yet still, when I came into work this morning no alarm was set last night. On top of that when me and my 2 other associates arrived at the store this morning and it was a mess. Both ladders were left out the big one and the small one. Our floor is stained of grease or chemical, towels were left laying around. Our soap bottles were left on the floor and not on the shelf, and our trash can was left in the middle of the kitchen with no bag. Usually this problem doesnt happen. I had all good things to say about NelBud until this experience last night. Granted they cleaned the hoods very well but the cleanup and aura of the store they left was very disappointing.
