The technician, Olange, is top notch and always does a great job being on time and doing a great cleaning job. Scheduling this with my Nelbud contacts is a different story- I call and email and wait days for a return response then they tell me my account was on hold due to not being paid up. This was incorrect and we were paid up. I have had changes in my contacts several times over the years and no one has notified me. Unless the customer service gets better I will most likely look for a different company next year.
