We are terminating your services. This last visit was the worst I have seen yet. There's never any response to emails or phone calls. This includes my previous email that included all this information, which is why I am forced to do a review instead. Your team moved our equipment around and didn't connect the gas line back on TWO different pieces of equipment when the gas was left on. This obviously caused a lot of issues the next day when we came into a gas leak. Half of our hood system was put together incorrectly which caused violent vibrations and extremely loud noises. If there had been ANY communication and not complete ignorance of me and my restaurant then we might have been able to resolve these issues.
