Today on this job I looked at the system and tested it for tolerance in cooling and heating. Some things I noticed right off the bat Blower motor rattles the furnace Inducer motor shows signs of high stress Ignitor show signs of stress Lack of airflow to far regions of the home Compressor start up is loud and clunky The system test in tolerance for functionality but system has parts and peices that need to be replaced to insure operation this heating season and more so when talking about cooling.
