Showed up for a plumbing evaluation but they are experiencing some form of HVAC problem one room is too hot and due to what looks like old water damage on the ceiling they thought they might have a backed up AC drain line but they are running everything in heat mode right now and there is no water in the drain pan and their main complaint is that one room is too hot I am pausing this call so that the office can collect the service fee from the homeowner that is not present as this is some kind of assisted living place of business
