Wrote estimate to replace current 40 gallon water heater. Customer not expecting cost has one more company coming but will call us and let us know once he gets the other quote. Just wanted basic replacement option nothing fancy does not live in home.
This system td is 18 the system is cooling. The home owner wants to replace his 2.5ton heat pump system for a 2.5 ton high seer system. He's set talk to CA April 25th 4to6pm.
This system had a loose y connection. I retightened it. And system is back online.

Upon arrival system was turned off. Turning system both indoor and outdoor came on. Client showed video of motor making weird sound. Motor was very hot but no over amping yet. Capacitor was within tolerance. Went ahead and changed motor to prevent further problems. Left system in working condition. Thank you for choosing comfort experts.
Upon arrival system was on. Only indoor was on. Fan was attempting to turn on but couldn't. Capacitor is within tolerance, bad fan motor. Replaced bad fan motor under lifetime p&l. Unit came on. Left system in working condition.
