2023 Goodman Gas Furnace Checked and tightened all electrical connections Customer recently changed filters Drain has build up in trap Blower motor and wheel were acceptable Evaporator coil was acceptable 2023 Goodman Straight Cool Checked and tightened all electrical connections Dual run capacitor was within manufacture range Primary electrical unit was acceptable Refrigerant levels were acceptable at this time Fan blades and motor were acceptable Condenser coils were heavily compacted with dust and dirt Cleared debris from bottom of the unit Washed condenser coils from inside out Waxed top of the unit Recommended UV system to kill and prevent biological growth and clear and treat drain
