For this call I performed an evaluation. Upon arrival the unit was not running heat strips but was running the heat pump. During inspection I noted loose wiring and old wiring that needed to be replaced after replacing and fixing the wiring the unit began to run with a normal limits. Delta running the heat pump was only 13 and the refrigerant was noted to be slightly low. I spoke to home owners about low efficiency on the older unit and having an option to have a sales manager give him a energy audit and a difference between efficiencies on their unit and the new units. Homeowner opted to have a sales manager give them estimates on 2/12/26 after 2:00. Left the unit running on 72 heat. Thank you for choosing Comfort experts, have a great day!
