For this call I performed and evaluation. The unit was functioning within normal spec limits. Homeowner just had us check because they felt like if the unit was running for a long time during the cold but they just wanted to be sure there wasn't an issue. Upon inspection I did know a very dirty blower and blower motor. I suggested a blower cleaning and also installing a UV system to prevent biological growth and keep their air clean.
