For this call I performed a super tune-up. The unit was low on refrigerant. WE successfully located a leak with our leak detector in the evaporator coil. I went over repair options with homeowner and replacement options. I'll let homeowner know that the unit is working off R22 and has been phased out for several years parts and repairs are very expensive. I offered to have a comfort advisor give exact estimates for replacement for both heating and air conditioning. Homeowner stated that they are going to weigh in their options and hold off for the meanwhile but may call back to have a advisor scheduled to give estimates for replacement.
