Super tune up performed today on an Amana heat pump with air handler installed in 2018. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Heat strips are pulling proper amperage. Biological growth is present inside of the air handler. Biological growth is also present on the supply vents. Highly suggest a level 2 duct cleaning to ensure the system is fully cleaned. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed. Refrigerant levels are acceptable. Compressor saver had failed. Replaced part under warranty. Level 2 duct cleaning sold for tomorrow morning to address the biological growth that is present inside of the air handler and on the supply vents.
