I arrived to find the furnace door off other furnace and the safety switch released. She stated that she had changed the filter last night and must not have got the door back on right. A secured the door back in place and confirmed the system was running. No repair. Collected service fee .
Tested all components all measured within ratings and specs. Refrigerant level is normal. Washed and cleaned condenser. Changed filter. Recommend duct cleaning lvl 2 primarily bare minimum blower cleaning.

Tyler Hill has completed an electrical estimate the scope of work that would be done would be replacing the box on the inside with a box that she has already supplied while also replacing her outside box due to the fact that it has been overgrown with vines it is trusted away none of the conduit that comes up to it is actually connected a lot of those breakers aren't in use and I'm sure do not work anymore it also does not have a front cover plate
