Stu- heating and cooling Heating temp rise of 40 degrees Cooling delta of 20 degrees Originally came out for duct eval and customer informed me of rooms that had issues with maintaining temperature, upon through evaluation, noticed that there are mylar ducts along with poor insulation, I recommended for a comfort advisor to look at balancing out ductwork for both systems Will need a second visit to fix recommended estimates, visit took longer than anticipated.
