On this job I looked at 3 system cooling and heating. Heating all 3 test in tolerance . 30 TD Cooling concerns 1.Amana system 30 super heat 5 subcool. 2. Trane system has large biogrowth all over blower 3. Trane system blower does not cut off. Has peanut bypass for blower control on ecm blower. 4. System could also use duct cleaning on both system. 5. System has high inrush amps damaging disconnect key and contactor ..I recommend easy start for 2 of 3 systems.
