For this job we performed an evaluation. We discovered that the unit had a filter above rating for filter use on the unit and also that the blower fan speed was set too low causing the furnace to reach thermal limit and shut off prematurely. After changing the fan speed we recommended homeowner start to use lower merided filters to alleviate the issue completely. We did note that the unit did not have a UV system installed we recommended it as a preventative measure. Homeowner agreed to have a UV system installed, we can successfully installed the UV unit.
