Spoke to the customer on 10\24\25. I sold him his new system in October of 2024. He is a platinum plus member and has been paying for that since 2012. He said he didn't get a spring tune up and just now received his fall tune up. He wants to know if he can get some sort of refund for paying $32 a month the past year without getting the service he was due. I told him I would speak to my boss and see what we could do.
