I believe that the arc was just due to the system being turned on at the same time but the 20 amp breaker is a bit of a concern I told her if she had anymore trouble to please call

On arrival top right breaker to condenser was tripped. Breaker was crunchy and took three attempts to get it to stay in on position. Did not appear to be overheating on flir camera but is definitely failing. Scheduled electrician visit.

Resealed and re strapped up return duct. Return duct was very tight to plenums making 90 degree turn. If problem persists would benefit from new start collar and duct.

I was here for a super tuneup. I changed out both filters and pour bleach on the drain line. Customer was complaining about mildew smell so I recommended and I a IQ 200. I installed one of them and I will need to come back to install the other one, Delta within range a little bit of biological growth in system. I also sprayed microbial spray into the ducts refrigerant within range I cleaned both condensers. All am within range and capacitors are intolerance. customer wants me to come back sometime next week to install the other light

For this evaluation the customer stated the condenser was not running for the downstairs and the air handler was only blowing hot air. The capacitor was out of tolerance, so I replaced it with a new one. When I did that a fault code of "L6" appeared, indicating an open start circuit. I reset the board and the system fired up and started running like normal.
