Our technician, Jose Santos, arrived promptly at the agreed upon time and even though I arrived approximately 5 minutes late he was courteous and understanding. Mr. Santos checked my thermostats and filters inside our home and throughly inspected the components of my HVAC unit outside. After diagnosing the problem, he described the replacements parts I needed and explained their value. Initially, I declined as I wanted to be cautious when making important purchases, but on second thought, I asked Mr. Santos to wait a moment for me to quickly discuss the issue with my wife. We ultimately changed our minds and agreed to the repair as well as the service plan. Mr. Santos was professional, quick, courteous, and polite. Under the circumstances the experience could of been unpleasant, however Mr. Santos was a professional through out and his positive attitude towards me is what left me a happy customer.
