I would like to share my experience. Due to no heating on my xl15c gas pack on the first attempted use of heating since the last scheduled maintenance, I placed a service call. The Service Tech arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem of an orifice that was clogged with dirt ( a 15 second repair). Great service; however, I thought that paying $83 for this repair was too high since I have a warranty. There was no charge for the call out due to my Prem Membership. When I ask why so much for the repair, I got a 2-3 minute explanation, I would have felt better with a shorter specific reply. In addition, when paying by credit card, the Tech swiped it and I signed. Then he typed in all the info on the card, i.e. act number, expiration date, name on card and the PIN number. Also, I then had to sign a blank screen on his iPad, I did not feel good about that either. You should change this requirement since other places can only swipe your card for the payment. I do not want all of this information on an unsecured system. Please take my credit card information off of your database.
