Blake presented himself as a clean cut & very professional representative. I felt very comfortable with him being in my home. I really appreciated the fact that he did not suggest that I purchase a new unit because one of my units is about 27 years old. A former Jackson & Son representative did suggest purchasing a new unit to my husband just because the unit was old, even though we were not having any problems with it. I did not feel too good about that. I wondered if the service to us was less important than the benefit of selling a new unit was to the representative.
