I have already sent an email regarding the issues we had with our most recent service (we came in on Wednesday morning to find that our hoods weren't working), so I won't readdress that. Also we noticed that the hoods above our kettle area had not been cleaned for some time. We assumed that was part of the cleaning process that we are paying for. Maybe it isn't, but that would be nice to know for future reference.
