Our outlets in the fryer area weren't working this morning. We are still trying to figure out why. Had to do a service channel for it. They were working before you guys came out. I imagine the service channel to get this looked at will be costly. Can we subrract the price of that off of my bill?
Never had an issue with them prior, but the last couple of times I've had them out I have not been impressed with their services. I walk into my restaurant the next morning to find used, dirty rags left behind. Empty Lunchables containers were left in my inventory stock and now it's the second time we've walked into chemicals still dripping out of our hoods and onto my fryers and rethermalizers leaving me to deal with this cross contamination. I appreciate the convenience of coming when we're closed to complete this job, just wish your employees could clean up after themselves, please.
