Came thru this morning to fix our hinge kit and left the switch for our vents off, which in turn caused a whole lot more issues, including a smoked out restaurant, and more money to have our maintenance man come out and "fix the problem."

After being canceled multiple times…I called and was told they would not allow them to cancel. Service was to be done in July and was done in October. I was not shocked when I walked in by the mess that the workers left I was surprised they unplugged a cooler and did not plug it back in. We tempt the food hopeful that we wouldn’t lose it but we had to put all food in garbage! I was ok with worker getting drinks but when they didn’t take care of the mess. They left a garbage can full of water and our mop bucket and mop out. Cups from drinks left everywhere. I am shocked service I received this time compared to the last time. I called to talk to someone and left a message with no call back!

This is the second time in a row where my hood area has been left wondering if it was worse than before. I truly don't feel the franchise should have to pay for the cleaning the way it has been left again. The job is half ass done to put it that way. There is cleaning supplies smeared all over and just left dripped on the wall behind any equipment. Whatever they use was sprayed all over our equipment but not cleaned up. on timers and what we use to cook our food, the retherm and fryer. There was dried chemicals dripped into the fryer, showing that we needed to dump and drain the entire fryer because it has been contaminated. The hood was left off and ended up having to sending someone on the roof to reset. I do not feel doing so or having to clean up behind a cleaning crew is part of this arrangement. We have taken clear pictures to show the mess left behind and will be sharing with our head of maintenance who sets up these cleanings. I hope this can be fixed and receive a proper, quality cleaning service.
