John came out and personally reviewed every single piece of fire equipment with me and my staff, explaining how each unit is worked, and what fires they are used to fight. I made a special point of having our staff present for the inspection, and John was pleased to instruct us as he inspected the equipment, explaining regulations, maintenance and upkeep, fire fighting methods and fire recovery information.
