Showed up for a follow-up visit thought we were going to put together a materials list for the solution chosen upon arrival we realized that the actual issue had yet to be identified therefore the solution is unclear at this time and the homeowner had the hot water turned off so there was no way to use thermal and I do not have other slab leak diagnostic equipment on my van we are turning this over to one of the other plumbers that does have this equipment to come take a look I advised the homeowner that there may be a diagnostic fee for locating the issue depending on how difficult it is pausing this call for dispatch to send the other technician
