For this job, as I arrived the upstairs unit was not heating. I opened up the unit and turned it on and I could hear the inducer motor turning on but the inducer motor fan was not running. I turned off the unit and inspected the inducer motor fan to see if there was anything that was avoiding the fan to run. I also decided to give it a couple spins with my hand, and after three spins it made a click sound and the fan started running again.
