Came out for a plumbing inspection found several issues with ovalturn gate valve emergency shut offs underneath sinks as well as the master laboratory faucet leaking when in use made recommendations to repair / replace these items unfortunately the homeowner is in hospice care at this time and the Sun living in the home currently is not in control of the mother's estate they also recently had a new water heater installed by a different company so I did not touch this water heater today
