For this job, I worked on a evaluation on this gas furnace system. Customer mentioned that the system has stopped working for about an hour yesterday, however it came back on. I did my evaluation and inspected the whole unit and the zone boards, I also made sure that everything was working how it's supposed to. Notified the customer of the process I completed and that everything was working in great condition. Adding on, I notified the customer about his UV bulb not working, I offered the customer a new UV bulb and he approved, UV bulb was replaced. Thank you for choosing Comfort Experts, have a great day!
