Upon arrival both systems were down, during evaluation found one system was missing a capacitor and compressor had no rage to verify the correct size cap. Other system had a burned common wire to the compressor and both fan and compressor caps were extremely weak. Replaced and fixed burned wire. Started system and took amp draws fan mot and compressor were way over manufacture tolerance RLA. Talked with customer about sending comfort advisor for possible replacement.
