For this job I performed a super tune-up. All components within the unit were working with the normal spec limits. The unit did have a UV bulb out of tolerance and I didn't know that the home has severely low insulation. I made estimates for a UV bulb replacement, a UV upgrade, and several different estimates for different amounts of insulation to be added to the home. Homeowner was very interested and insulation being added but stated they will need to wait until better weather comes to go ahead and commit to having it done.
