For this call I performed a super tune-up. All components within the unit were running within normal limits at the time of inspection. I noted that the home does not have any type of surge protection, and homeowner let me know they have not had a plumbing inspection for water heater in a while. I offered to have an electrician come and do a check on their breaker panel and install whole home surge protection. I also offered to have a plumber do an inspection on the water heater. Homeowner stated they would have to look at their schedule and speak with their spouse and call back when they are ready to have any of the two things done. We upgraded the membership homeowner was on a copper 20% membership we upgraded to home and budget protection plan to include savings on both plumbing and electrical visits.
