Today we showed up for a complimentary plumbing inspection. Upon arrival the only concern the homeowner had was with a puddle in the front yard. We opened up the meter box and pumped out all the water to find out that it was just caused by the rain, leaky hose bib that he already fixed. It is a two bath house everything seemed to be working, flushing, draining, and shutting off perfectly fine. A kitchen faucet had signs of prior leaks but he has said that he has already done the repair. We installed the water heater and 2022, he just did a water heater flush for months ago.
