For this job I did a super tune up. Deltas are good. Changed filter. Drain is clear. Blower cap is good. Dust building up on blower, recommend cleaning. Germicidal UV bulb has gone out, recommend replacing or upgrading to Oxidizing UV bulb. Tightened electrical components. At the outdoor unit, start kit has failed. Recommend upgrading to soft start. Refrigerant looks good. Running amps are good. Washed coil. Recommend surge protection. Homeowner plans to make major renovations to home this year. She would like a comfort advisor to give estimates on replacing the unit and having it relocated to the garage. Homeowner interested in hearing more about the generators we have as well.
