The service we receive is always very thorough. The tech explains everything very clearly and the pics that are taken are helpful to know what was completed. The only issue we had with the last service was the communication regarding the appointment time. The parts employee called to set up the appointment and we moved around a few things to be available at 9am. By 11am I still hadn't heard from anyone and when I called I was told the tech would out the same day just not sure of the time. I was waiting for a text message with the tech's information and I never received one. Mike and Leo arrived at 4pm with no notice they were on the way. Luckily the job didn't take the full 2.5 hrs and we were able to meet our plans we had with family. We have been using Comfort Experts for several years now and never experienced the lack of communication. Both techs were great and apologized on behalf of the company. I hope the communication will continue on a positive note like we have received in the past. This has no reflection on Mike or Leo, they did the work just as they said they would. It was lack of communication with scheduling the appointment and communicating when they were going to arrive.
