Tech arrived at a 2 system tuneup. Upon inspection, the capacitors were within specs. The condenser coils were hosed off to assist with air flow across the coils. The master condenser fan motor was pullibg high amperage. The filters were replaced. The master system refrigerant and Delta was low. The drain was clear and bleach was poured. The blower areas were dirty. The indoor coils were rusted. The customer was informed of recommendations today. They will inform their warranty company.

12/23/23 Tyler S- needs to replace pull down kitchen faucet supply line. They are special supply lines that isn't sold at box stores. No name brand on faucet to help track parts. More then likely will need to replace faucet

Tech arrived at a 2016 carrier zoned tuneup. Upon inspection, the capacitor was out of tolerance. The contactor was in working condition. The condenser coils were hosed off to assist with air flow across the coils. There was no observed surge protection. The filter was recently replaced. There was no drain safety on the system. There was growth present in the system. The Delta was within range. The customer accompanied the tech through the inspection. The customer was informed ofrecommendations today. The customer will wait until next year for repairs. Customer was informed that the capacitor may not last that long. The customer would like an electrician to evaluate the patio outside outlet. The system was functioning upon departure.
#iaq upon arrival for tune up 9 year old systems on and cooling. Customer states issue with smell coming from system and drain lines. Inspected outdoor units. Fan and compressor amp draws within unit specifications. Capacitors within tolerance. Refrigerant pressure good. Inspected indoor units. Downstairs unit drain lines routed both through primary. Also found paper notebook inside of systems coil. Notebook covered in growth and could be responsible for smell. Blowers clean. Coils have slight corrosion buildup. Recommended repairing drains and installation for drain safteys. Customer agreed. Left system on and cooling.
2 system tune up checked out just fine clean filters correct amp draws. Home owners take very good care of there systems and it shows.
Upon arrival for tune up systems on and heating. Inspected units. Changed filters. Drain lines clear. Blowers slight dust buildup. Coils have slight corrosion build up. Main area furnace ignited and heated properly. Bedrooms furnace gas valve received power for a few seconds before opening. Gas valve appears to be starting to jam. Customer said they would call their home warranty company. Both inducer motor amp draws good. Left units on and heating.
Left two estimates for Tesla charger and for lighting circuit up stairs with moving receptacle.
