2013 Trane Gas Furnace Checked and tightened all electrical connections Blower cap is weak Changed customer provided filter Drain was clear and draining at this time Ignition system is functional All safeties are functional at this time Blower motor and wheel were acceptable Evaporator coil was acceptable Found no issues with heat exchanger at this time 2014 Trane Straight Cool Checked and tightened all electrical connections Fan cap is weak Compressor cap is close to being below tolerance Primary electrical unit was acceptable Safety disconnect is extremely loose Refrigerant levels are showing low at this time Fan blades and motor were acceptable Condenser coils were acceptable Cleared debris from the bottom of the unit Washed condenser coils from the inside out Waxed the top of the unit Recommended replacement of safety disconnect, blower cap, condyfan motor cap, compressor cap and adding compressor saver.
