-Performed CMA inspection on 9 split system heat pumps. Performed CMA inspection on oven hood exhaust fans and make up air unit. Was informed by maintenance upon arrival that there is a problem with the fire alarm system and that systems 1 & 9 are down as a result. No low voltage provided to condensers from air handlers. Manually operated compressor contactors to obtain amperages. Found sensor error on thermostats upon arrival. Reset thermostat and system currently operating correctly. Maintenance states power outage had occurred when thermostat problems began. -HP-2 & HP-3 were labeled incorrectly. Corrected as appropriate. -Split System 2: Signs of leak on evaporator coil detected with electronic detector. Due to age of system and type of refrigerant, replacement of system is recommended. -Split System 3: Signs of leak on evaporator coil detected with electronic detector. Due to age of system and type of refrigerant, replacement of system is recommended. -Split System 4: No float
