For this job, I worked on a super tune-up on this gas furnace system. I went through all the mechanical and electrical parts of the system and checked for maximum efficiency. When I was doing my inspections, on the outside condenser the dual run capacitor was out of tolerance, I recommended the replacement of the capacitor and explained the warranty on it, customer approved and capacitor was replaced. In addition, systems compressor was amping high, a Micro air soft start or a hard start were recommended, customer made that decision to add a soft start, this was installed and results were shown to customer.
