For the job, I worked on a super tune-up on this heat pump system. I went through all the mechanical and electrical parts of the system and check for maximum efficiency. While going through the system, I noticed the hard start kit was not functioning, that was replaced under warranty. Adding on, the system had biological growth, customers had also mentioned that they were suffering from allergies, I went on and offered the IAQ 300 UVC/UV Germicidal/ Oxidizing System. Customers approved and purchase the IAQ system, I notify the customers that they will get a call to schedule the work to be done. Customers applied for financing.
