For this job I did an evaluation. When I arrived indoor was blowing air and outdoor was not running. Contactor had 120 on both legs but not 240 together, diagnosed bad contactor. Replaced contactor and system was running without issue for over 20 minutes. Recommend start kit as compressor is over amping on startup. Homeowner had to leave early before we could further discuss.
