2017 Trane Airhandler Checked and tightened all electrical connections Filter was acceptable at this time Drain was clear and draining at this time Blower motor and wheel were acceptable Blower housing and wires have heavy biological growth build up Evaporatpr coil was acceptable Supply plenum has heavy biological growth build up 2018 Trane Heatpump Checked and tightened all electrical connections Dual Run cap is weak and out of manufacture range Primary electrical unit was acceptable Refrigerant levels were acceptable at this time Fan blades and motor were acceptable Condenser coils were acceptable Cleared debris from the bottom of the unit Washed condenser coils from the inside out Waxed the top of the unit Recommended dual run cap replacement, compressor saver, adding drain switch to primary drain line and UV system for biological growth
