Upon arrival customer stated air conditioner would not come on but the blower would run during evaluation found the heat pump was tripped on high pressure cut off reset system checked pressures and cooling superheat and subcool were within range check system and Heating pressure shot up immediately checked air flow and static pressure was within manufacturer's range but noticed that the furnace was running as the same time as the heat pump causing the heat pump to go out on high head pressure check thermostat programming and found that the thermostat was set up to be a single fuel heat pump change setting to dual fuel heat pump so the furnace would only come on when needed check pressures and heating after changing thermostat settings found no other issues at this time left system on and in cool
