2022 Amana Airhandler Checked and tightened all electrical connections Drain has slight build up but is still draining Changed customer provided filter Blower motor and wheel were acceptable Evaporator coil was acceptable UV system is functional UV lamp is out and needs replacement 2022 Amana Heatpump Checked and tightened all electrical connections Dual Run cap was within manufacture range Primary electrical unit was acceptable Compressor saver is functional Refrigerant levels were acceptable at this time Fan blades and motor were acceptable Condenser coils were acceptable Cleared debris from the bottom of the unit Washed condenser coils from inside out Waxed the top of the unit Recommended lamp replacement or UV system upgrade Replaced UV lamp today
